Dr. Nancy A. Dome is a renowned speaker, author, and coach who co-founded Epoch Education in 2014 to provide accessible professional development in equity, diversity, and inclusion.
Starting as a Child Care Worker, she became a classroom teacher and Mentor Teacher in San Diego, focusing on cultural competence. She earned her doctorate in 2004 and later coordinated a program to support racially underrepresented future teachers. As Director of Online Programming at Pacific Educational Group, she developed transformative online training.
Now, as CEO of Epoch Education, she helps organizations navigate equity issues and is the author of best sellers, Let’s Talk About Race and Other Hard Things and The Compassionate Dialogue Journey.
