OUR THEORY OF ACTION

We begin with foundational learning to get everyone introduced to the practices and using the same language, and then we offer sessions for teams to practice implementation within their specific roles or departments. Finally, we provide coaching to help clients create their own infrastructure for sustaining and building on the practices, taking a collaborative approach to building a compassionate organization.
